H3K27ac HiChIP analysis was performed in multiple myeloma cell lines and primary sample to analyze active chromatin-chromatin interactions in myeloma. MM cells were crosslinked with formaldehyde for 10 min. H3K27ac HiChIP libraries were generated using HiChIP MNase Kit from Dovetail. HiChIP was performed using an antibody against H3K27ac Antibody (Cell Signaling Technology, #8173).
