Investigate the functions of HUSH complex in embryonic stem cells

Purpose: The goals of this study are to compare control and HUSH complex core subunits-deficient embryonic stem cells transcriptome profiling (RNA-seq) to evaluate the target genes regulated by HUSH. Overall design: mRNA profiles of WT and MPP8/Tasor/Pphln1-null embryonic stem cells were generated by deep sequencing, in triplicate, using Illumina Novaseq6000.
