Transcriptional differences in jejunum and ileum of a conditional knockout of Dab2 in the intestine

We report bulk RNAseq data obtained from P6 mice. Input was isolated epithelium cells of the small intestine in a 2cm segment of the jejunum and 2 cm segment in the ileum of P6 Dab2 cWT and Dab2 cKO mice. Conditional deletion of Dab2 wa Overall design: A 2 cm segment of jejunum and ileum was isolated from the same mouse. The segments were incubated in EDTA to separate intestinal epthelial cells from the intestinal wall. 4 mice age were utlized including both male and female mice.
