This file is a modified version of PLINK’s output file (.assoc.logistic), where a new first column containing trait information has been inserted, and the file format has been converted into CSV. CHR: chromosome, BP: base-pair coordinate, A1: minor allele, TEST: PLINK test identifier, NMISS: number of observations, OR: odds ratio, SE: standard error of OR, L95: lower 95% confidence interval, U95: upper 95% confidence interval, STAT: T-statistic, P: asymptotic P value for t-statistic.
