KEGG pathways enriched in budesonide-repressed genes in airway epithelial cell variants and tissue. Budesonide-repressed genes ≤0.8 fold (P ≤ 0.05) in A549 (1033 genes), BEAS-2B (1687 genes), HBE (923 genes), and airway tissue (341 genes) were subjected to KEGG pathway analysis using DAVID. KEGG pathways that were significantly enriched (EASE score ≤ 0.1) with each list and represented by at least 5 genes are listed.
