资源简介:
以余杭区知识产权案件的数据明细、调解员调解成功案件明细为依据。该数据对应调解员的工作能力、案件成功数量、调解费收入等指标,对调解员进行考核与培养,使企业目标和个人目标取得双向达成的结果。同时该数据比对行业同岗位平均工资,为企业、为行业提供收入数据依据。1、数据收集:采集知识产权调解案件系统数据、调解员每日调解案件日志、合作机构调解业务对帐报表作为原始数据源。提取到调解案件的信息:案件编号、原被告、案件来源、调解结果、调解费等;
2、数据处理:1)调解员按调解成功件数综合评定共分为:P0级、P1级、P2级、P3级、P4级、P5级对应不同的层级工资。2)调解员按调解费收入计算提成,同时总提成将对标绩效考核系数进行折算。根据《月绩效考核评分表》评分对应相应的系数核算绩效提成。其中90-100分考核系数为1,90分以下则绩效考核系数=绩效考核得分÷100。3)提成计算公式为:提成P=(业绩收入Y-综合人力成本X)*对应提成比例Z%,同时按业绩收入不同分别对应不同的提成比例,其中综合人力成本=调解员P0级基本工资+(五险一金成本)。 其中提成比例X为20-36%之间。4)综合收入S,同岗位行业平均工资A,对比同岗位工资占比数据B。
Based on the detailed data of intellectual property cases and the details of successfully mediated cases by mediators in Yuhang District, this dataset is used to assess and train mediators based on indicators including their work capability, number of successful cases, mediation fee revenue and other metrics, so as to achieve the dual achievement of both enterprise goals and individual goals. Meanwhile, this dataset compares the average salary of the same position in the industry, providing data support for income benchmarking for enterprises and the entire industry.
1. Data Collection: Collect data from the intellectual property mediation case system, daily mediation case logs of mediators, and reconciliation statements of mediation businesses from cooperative institutions as the original data sources. Extract the information of mediation cases including case number, plaintiff and defendant, case source, mediation result, mediation fee, etc.
2. Data Processing:
1) Mediators are comprehensively graded into 6 levels from P0 to P5 based on the number of successfully mediated cases, with each level corresponding to a different hierarchical salary.
2) Mediators' commissions are calculated based on their mediation fee revenue, and the total commission will be discounted against the performance assessment coefficient. The performance commission is calculated based on the coefficient corresponding to the score in the "Monthly Performance Assessment Rating Form". Specifically, the performance assessment coefficient is 1 for scores ranging from 90 to 100, and for scores below 90, the coefficient = performance assessment score ÷ 100.
3) The commission calculation formula is: Commission P = (Business Revenue Y - Comprehensive Labor Cost X) × Corresponding Commission Rate Z%. Different commission rates apply to different levels of business revenue, where the comprehensive labor cost = the basic salary of a P0-level mediator + (five insurances and housing fund costs). The commission rate ranges from 20% to 36%.
4) Calculate the comprehensive income S, compare it with the industry average salary A of the same position, and derive the salary proportion data B.
