DVMSRE resources: processed MS/MS datasets, pretrained weights, and experiment checkpoints (v1.0)

This record provides the resources associated with DVMSRE (Dual-View Mass Spectrometry Representation Learning), a framework for metabolite structure annotation from tandem mass spectra. The deposit contains four archives:1. dvmsre-data-paired.zip — processed paired MS/MS datasets used for downstream training and evaluation, including the associated annotations and molecular-retrieval indices.2. dvmsre-data-unpaired.zip — processed unpaired MS/MS spectra used for representation pretraining, including the generated molecular-formula and fragment-subformula annotations.3. dvmsre-results.zip — experiment checkpoints and evaluation outputs associated with the reported DVMSRE experiments.4. dvmsre-weights.zip — pretrained and fine-tuned model weights required by the released DVMSRE workflows.The archives preserve the directory structure expected by the public DVMSRE code repository. Instructions for configuring the resource paths and reproducing the experiments are provided in the repository README.Some resources were produced from third-party datasets or pretrained models. These materials remain subject to their original licenses and terms of use. The license applied to the original contributions of the DVMSRE authors does not replace or override any applicable third-party terms.
