Replicate Tables 2–11, A2, A3
1. Open “migration.do” and “migration.dta” in Stata.
2. Set working directory (line 4).
3. Run the entire script (Do > Run or do migration.do).
4. Outputs: Tables saved as .doc and .txt files in output/.
