Dataset of the relationship between Cu and Cr concentration and life-cycle endpoints and biomarkers in Eisenia andrei exposed to spiked soils
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains the raw experimental data from the study titled "Sublethal Effects of Cu and Cr on Eisenia andrei: Life-Cycle Endpoints and Biomarker Integration for Soil Assessment." The data were collected to evaluate the impacts of sublethal concentrations of copper (Cu) and hexavalent chromium (Cr(VI)) on the earthworm Eisenia andrei. The dataset includes measurements across multiple biological levels, integrating life-cycle endpoints (e.g., survival, growth, reproduction) with biomarker responses (e.g., lysosomal membrane stability, enzymatic activities) to assess soil ecotoxicity. These data form the basis for evaluating the suitability of E. andrei as a bioindicator in ecotoxicological soil assessment frameworks. Each entry in the dataset corresponds to a specific treatment condition, exposure duration, and biological replicate, ensuring transparency and reproducibility of the analyses presented in the study.
