By tracking the evolutionary trajectories of nodules including elastography, blood flow grading, marginal features and microcalcifications, this dataset supports the development of AI models for dynamic prediction of thyroid nodule malignant risk and intelligent early warning of growth trends, and provides imaging-based evidence for the precision diagnosis, treatment and whole-course management of thyroid nodules.
