梯度耦合膜分离工艺及过程控制科学数据集主要面向高效的镁锂分离过程及富锂卤水富集技术的开发和产业化应用,开展的膜耦合工艺及其过程控制研究,并对膜工艺流程及条件、过程控制参数对分离效果的影响规律进行了研究和归纳,为新型高效膜耦合提锂技术及其装备的研制提供了理论基础。通过该数据库可查询离子截留率、镁锂分离效果及锂浓度与工艺条件及过程控制参数的关系,数据量为0.85MB。
Scientific Dataset for Gradient-coupled Membrane Separation Process and Process Control This dataset is developed to support the development and industrial application of efficient magnesium-lithium separation processes and lithium-rich brine enrichment technologies. It is based on systematic research on membrane-coupled processes and their process control, as well as the investigation and summarization of the influence rules of membrane process flows, process conditions and process control parameters on separation performance. This work provides a theoretical foundation for the development of novel high-efficiency membrane-coupled lithium extraction technologies and their associated equipment. Users can query the relationships among ion rejection rate, magnesium-lithium separation effect, lithium concentration, process conditions and process control parameters via this dataset. The total data volume is 0.85 MB.
