资源简介:
Genome-wide transcriptional profiling results were used to examine the effect of a psychological stress paradigm for rodents (chronic restraint) on indicies of biological aging in murine femoral bone marrow leukocytes and to assess the extent to which propranolol could block such effects. Total RNA was obtained from flow sorted bone marrow leukocytes that were gated to exclude prior-engrafted human acute lymphoblastic leukemia cells in male 6-8 week old SCID mice (CB17/Icr-Prkdcscid ) that had been randomzed to control condition, restraint stress condition, or restraint stress plus propranolol condition. TELiS was used to bioinformatically assess differences in transcription factor activity among conditions. Composite transcriptome representation analyses were used to assess differences among conditions in the DNA repair gene transcriptome and the senescence associated secretory phenotype (SASP) transcriptome.
