The long noncoding RNA Lnczc3h7a promotes TRIM25-mediated RIG-I antiviral innate immune response

In this study, we employed a combination of RIP-seq and iCLIP-seq technologies to identify long non-coding RNA associated with cytoplasmic TRIM25 and RIG-I protein in mouse macrophages cells. Two UV-RIP experiments were performed using anti-Flag antibody in RAW264.7 cells stably expressing Flag-tagged TRIM25 with or without VSV infection for 8 hr, then co-purified RNAs were analyzed using Illumina Xten. iCLIP experiment was performed using anti-TRIM25 antibody and anti-RIG-I antibody in RAW264.7 cells upon VSV infection for 8 hr and then was analyzed by Illumina HiSeq2500 SE50 sequencing.
