Projections of sea level rise induced shoreline retreat in Europe

Probabilistic projections of sea level rise (SLR) induced in Europe using the Bruun rule model and regional probabilistic SLR projections under RCP 4.5 and a high-end RCP 8.5 scenarios. Four different combinations of sandy beach location and nearshore slope data result in four different projections of shoreline retreat along the European coastline.

本数据集针对欧洲地区由海平面上升（Sea Level Rise, SLR）引发的影响，采用布鲁恩法则模型（Bruun rule model），结合典型浓度路径（Representative Concentration Pathway, RCP）4.5与高端典型浓度路径RCP 8.5情景下的区域概率海平面上升预测结果开展概率预测研究。研究通过沙滩位置与近岸坡度数据的四种不同组合，得到欧洲海岸线沿线岸线后退的四组差异化预测结果。
