Cell-Type-Specific Impact of Glucocorticoid Receptor Activation on the Developing Brain: A Cerebral Organoid Study [Wafergen iCell8]

These data describe single-cell RNA sequencing in cerebral organoids treated with the glucocorticoid Dexamethasone or with a vehicle control (DMSO) at different culture time-points (Day-30, Day-60 and Day-90). Single-cell RNA sequencing was performed in cerebral organoids grown in vitro for 30, 60, or 90 days days. Both treated (Dexamethasone 100nM) and untreated (DMSO) organoids were collected immediately after a 12-hour exposure and four biological replicates were employed at each timepoint. Randomization was performed in advance of library preparations.
