Unraveling spatio-temporal patterns of taxonomic, functional, and phylogenetic β-diversity of temperate ant communities after habitat simplification.

Here, we add two archives related to the phylogenetic trees generated to compute beta diversity in an oak forest and an induced grassland in Flor del Bosque, Puebla. The first archive (100_trees.nex) contains 100 hypothetical trees derived from the genus-level backbone from Blanchard and Moreau (2017), in which the relationships between species were solved using the Yule process. The second archive (MCC_tree.nex) is the Maximum Clade Credibility tree derived from this 100-species-level phylogeny to work along with the analysis in the paper.
