整治验收是为了解决地区土地利用不合理、资源浪费、环境污染等问题,提高土地的质量和效益,实现可持续发展而开展的。通过采集和分析土壤中的不同层次土壤六价铬数据,根据土壤六价铬指标检测和评估的结果,进行土地整治项目的综合评价和验收,判断是否达到项目目标和验收指标要求。1、数据来源:按照固体废物 六价铬的测定 碱消解/火焰原子吸收分光光度法 HJ 687-2014对土壤进行土壤样品采集检测。2、算法规则: 按照如下公式进行计算: W=(C-C0)*V*D/m,式中W为样品中六价铬的质量浓度,单位mg/kg;C:从校准曲线上查得相应测定元素的浓度(mg/L);C0:试剂空白溶液测定浓度(mg/L);m:称取试样的质量(g);Wdm:试样的干物质含量;V:样品定容体积,mL;D:稀释倍数。3、数据判定: 根据《建设用地土壤污染风险管控标准(试行)》(GB36600-2018)第二类用地风险筛选值进行判定,若六价铬≤5.7mg/kg,则判定合格;若六价铬>5.7mg/kg,则判定为不合格。4、数据应用:通过分析样品中六价铬的质量浓度,我们可以判断该土壤的污染程度,避免因六价铬浓度含量超高引起的土壤污染问题,为监管提供依据。
Land remediation and acceptance is a work carried out to address issues including irrational regional land use, resource waste and environmental pollution, improve land quality and economic benefits, and achieve sustainable development. By collecting and analyzing hexavalent chromium data of soils at different layers, comprehensive evaluation and acceptance of land remediation projects are conducted based on the test and assessment results of soil hexavalent chromium indicators, to verify whether the project objectives and acceptance index requirements are met.
1. Data Source: Soil samples are collected and tested in accordance with the standard *Determination of Hexavalent Chromium in Solid Wastes — Alkaline Digestion/Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry* (HJ 687-2014).
2. Algorithm Rules: Calculations are performed using the following formula: $W=(C-C_0) imes V imes D/m$, where $W$ is the mass concentration of hexavalent chromium in the sample, with the unit of mg/kg; $C$ is the concentration of the corresponding measured element obtained from the calibration curve (mg/L); $C_0$ is the concentration measured in the reagent blank solution (mg/L); $m$ is the mass of the weighed test sample (g); $W_{dm}$ is the dry matter content of the test sample; $V$ is the constant volume of the sample (mL); $D$ is the dilution factor.
3. Data Judgment: Judgment is made based on the risk screening values for the second type of land use specified in *Risk Control Standard for Soil Contamination of Construction Land (Trial)* (GB36600-2018). If the hexavalent chromium concentration is ≤5.7 mg/kg, the sample is determined as qualified; if it exceeds 5.7 mg/kg, it is determined as unqualified.
4. Data Application: By analyzing the mass concentration of hexavalent chromium in the samples, the pollution degree of the corresponding soil can be assessed, so as to prevent soil pollution caused by excessively high hexavalent chromium concentrations, and provide a basis for environmental supervision.
