Who consumers think is responsible for food safety in the UK 2022

According to a survey carried out in May 2022 in the United Kingdom, 69 percent of respondents believed that food assurance and inspection schemes were responsible for ensuring food safety and standards. Some 53 percent stated that they thought this responsibility lied with farmers.
