RNA-seq of hESC-derived oral epithelial cells treated with sodium fluoride

This dataset contains RNA-seq profiles of oral epithelial cells derived from human embryonic stem cells. The cells were treated with low-dose sodium fluoride to investigate its effects on differentiation and gene expression.
