Calculation from the MLA assay of the plating efficiency (PE), mutation frequency (MF) of the cells after exposure to aerosol GVP and TPM fractions from THS 2.2 regular, in comparison with 3R4F reference cigarette smoke. Calculation of the induced mutation frequency (IMF) and induced small colonies (ISC) for the positive controls used as quality checks for the assay.
