Vibrio harveyiis a major bacterial pathogen that causes fatal vibriosis in Chinese tongue sole (Cynoglossus semilaevis), which have resulted in huge mortalities in the farming industry. However, the molecular mechanisms of C. semilaevisresponse against V. harveyi infection is poorly understood. Here, we performed transcriptome analysis of C. semilaevisbetween resistant family and susceptible family under V. harveyichallenging and control conditions.
