Standard cost of care for the elderly, SEK/inv

Standard cost (SEK/inv 1 Nov fg year) for health and social care according to SoL/HSL to persons 65-w years calculated according to the municipal equalisation system. The standard cost of care for elderly people is calculated on the basis of the number of cohabiting and single residents in the age groups 65-79, 80-89 and 90 years and above. The municipality’s age compensation is calculated by the proportion of residents in each group multiplied by a defined standard cost for the group. In addition, there are additions or deductions for differences in: home care in sparsely populated areas, institutional housing in sparsely populated areas, language, ill health and wage costs. New cost equalisation from 2020 will affect standard costs from 2020.依据SoL/HSL标准及市级均衡核算体系计算的、面向65岁及以上人群的健康与社会护理标准成本（计价单位：瑞典克朗，按财政年度11月1日起执行的每笔发票结算）。老年护理的标准成本基于65-79岁、80-89岁及90岁以上各年龄组内的同居与独居居民人数计算得出。市级年龄补偿额度通过各年龄组居民占比乘以该组预设标准成本的方式核算。此外，针对偏远地区居家护理、偏远地区机构养老、语言差异、健康状况及薪资成本等领域的差异，需进行相应的成本加减调整。2020年起实施的新版成本均衡政策将对2020年及之后的标准成本产生影响。
