In the study of biodegradation, the whole genome sequencing of the degradation strain was performed to interpret the characteristics of the strain and further explore the functional genes/gene clusters related to degradation, which laid a solid foundation for exploring the mechanism of microbial degradation of pollutants and made valuable contributions to the control of environmental pollution.
