CDC’s Division of Healthcare Quality Promotion (DHQP)-hosted Umbrella for any international (non-US) sequence data (genome, plasmid, amplicon, shotgun, long-read) generated by CDC, healthcare facilities, academic institutions, and other public health laboratories, that are often associated with antimicrobial resistant pathogens (infection or colonization), healthcare acquired infections (HAIs), and other healthcare-related settings. Can include any data format, including raw reads and/or assemblies. Different activities represented in this Umbrella BioProject may require use of standardized naming schemes; please see individual BioProjects for more information. DHQP also has guidance available for posting isolate attribute data, which can be provided upon request. In general, submitters should not post any metadata or isolate attributes that compromises confidentiality. Questions? Please email HAISeq@cdc.gov.
