This project explores the transcriptomic alterations in γδ T cells in response to IL-2 stimulation and its combination with Zoledronic Acid (ZA), a nitrogen-containing bisphosphonate with known immunomodulatory effects. By leveraging high-throughput RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) data and bioinformatics tools, we analyzed differentially expressed genes (DEGs) and pathway enrichments to understand how IL-2 and ZA modulate γδ T cell function. The goal was to identify transcriptional patterns associated with enhanced antitumor and immunotherapeutic potential. Functional enrichment analysis using tools like ShinyGO and KEGG pathways was applied to interpret gene-level changes.
