资源简介:
Lignite is a waste resource that has the potential to be biodegraded by microorganisms. Previously, a strain of Trichoderma was recovered that can biosolubilize lignite, but the genomic basis of its lignite-degrading ability was unknown. The assembled Trichoderma cf. simile WF8 genome size was 38,441,648 bp. The assembled genome contained 261 scaffolds, of which the N50 scaffold length was 414,158 bp, and the GC content in the genome was 49.58%. BUSCO was used to assess the completeness of the WF8 genome assembly and gene model predictions. The WF8 genome assembly had a total of 4,473 intact BUSCO genes, and a BUSCO completeness of 99.5%. The WF8 genome had high completeness, providing a good basis for gene function annotation and comparative genomics. The annotation predicted 12,486 protein-coding genes with an average length of 1,923 bp, and the WF8 predicted proteins had a BUSCO completeness of 98.6%. Of the 9,228 genes containing protein family annotations, there were 911 secreted proteins based on the definition of a protein as secreted if the protein had a signal peptide and did not have a transmembrane structural domain. The genome of the T. cf. simile WF8 strain encoded for enzymes with roles in the degradation of lignite and potentially tolerance to lignite-breakdown products.
