IEQ evaluation from hotel reviews using text mining

In this data repository, the data containing irrelevant expressions, main complaints, co-occurrences of IEQ aspects, positive reviews, and the relationship between the IEQ percentage of dissatisfied are reported. These data are related to the article entitled "Indoor Environmental Quality assessment from extensive databases: analysis of hotel reviews through text mining".
