Regulation of uterine genes during the peri-implantation period, and its relationship to gene expression changes in the maternal brain in gestating mice (RNA-seq)

In this study, we conducted an integrated analysis of gene expression and chromatin structure of mouse uterus to understand the regulation of uterine expressed genes on gestation day (GD) 4 during the peri-implantation period. The whole uterus of preganant mice (n=4) were collected at gestation day 4 (GD4). Total RNA was isolated from each uterus and sequenced using Illumina platform.本研究针对小鼠子宫开展基因表达与染色质结构的整合分析，旨在探究着床窗口期妊娠第4天（gestation day，GD）子宫内表达基因的调控机制。本研究于妊娠第4天（GD4）采集了4只孕鼠（n=4）的完整子宫组织。从每份子宫组织中提取总RNA，并依托Illumina测序平台完成RNA测序。
