Dataset containing raw and treated isotope-ratio mass spectrometry and laser absorption spectroscopy data, accompanying the manuscript "Improving the accuracy of δ18O and δ17O values of O2 measured by continuous-flow isotope-ratio mass spectrometry with a multi-point isotope-ratio calibration". This dataset also contains O2 concentration and partial pressure data used for figures in the associated manuscript.
