BioGRID Open Repository of CRISPR Screens

BioGRID ORCS is an open repository of CRISPR screens compiled through comprehensive curation efforts. Our current index is version 1.0.3 and searches more than 49 publications and 58,161 genes to return more than 895 CRISPR screens from 3 major model organism species and 629 cell lines. All screen data are freely provided through our search index and available via download in a wide variety of standardized formats.BioGRID ORCS是一个经全面人工整理构建的CRISPR筛选（CRISPR Screens）开放数据库。当前其索引版本为1.0.3，可检索超过49篇学术文献与58161个基因，进而返回来自3种主要模式生物物种及629个细胞系的895余项CRISPR筛选数据。所有筛选数据均可通过其搜索索引免费获取，并支持以多种标准化格式下载。

BioGRID ORCS 是一个开放的CRISPR筛选存储库，通过全面整理工作构建。当前版本2.0.18覆盖了418篇出版物和94,219个基因，包含2,217个CRISPR筛选，涉及5个主要模式物种、825个细胞系和145个细胞类型，所有数据均可通过搜索索引免费获取并以多种标准化格式下载。
