Samples were collected from caves in Yunnan, Guizhou and Guangxi of China. The total RNA was extracted from the skin samples (9 species) using Trizol methods; mRNA was captured from total RNA through Oligo (dT); An Illumina NovaSeq 6000 was used to sequence the library. The library construction and sequencing were conducted at Beijing Novogene Bioinformatics Technology Co., Ltd.
