Building register

The building register (EHR) is a national database of construction-related documents (such as building permits and notices, occupancy permits, energy labels) and data on existing, demolished and planned buildings in their various stages of development. The purpose of the building register is to provide high-quality information about the built environment and to simplify and improve public services in the field of construction. By that we contribute to the improvement of the quality of Estonian living environment. The building register database brings together information collected from the procedural environment and other internal (such as energy labels) and external (such as the Land Administration) sources about buildings (such as apartment and individual houses, factories, schools) and facilities (such as wells, squares, windmills) for different user groups, such as owners , construction companies, notaries, banks, insurance companies. The building register data is shared through the data warehouse and information portal and the information gateway of Estonian open data and can be downloaded and machine-processed for additional analyses. It is also possible for owners to view aggregate information about their buildings on the My buildings worksheet. The building register contains information about the ownership of movable property and buildings.建筑登记簿（EHR）是收录建筑相关文件（如建筑许可、公告、入住许可、能源标签）以及处于各类开发阶段的既有建筑、已拆除建筑和拟建建筑数据的国家级数据库。 本建筑登记簿旨在提供高品质的建成环境信息，简化并优化建筑领域的公共服务，借此助力爱沙尼亚人居环境质量的提升。 该数据库整合了从流程办理环境及其他内部（如能源标签）、外部（如土地管理部门）来源收集的、面向不同用户群体（如建筑所有者、建筑企业、公证机构、银行、保险公司）的建筑（如公寓住宅、独栋房屋、工厂、学校）及设施（如水井、广场、风车）相关信息。建筑登记簿的数据通过数据仓库、信息门户以及爱沙尼亚开放数据信息网关进行共享，支持下载并可进行机器处理以开展补充分析。建筑所有者还可通过"我的建筑"工作表（My buildings worksheet）查看其名下建筑的汇总信息。本建筑登记簿同时涵盖动产与建筑的所有权相关信息。
