# Unified Paprika Spectra (VIS–NIR & NIR–SWIR), 2023–2025 — FX10 & FX17 **Version:** 1.0 (date: 2025-11-04) **Maintainer:** [ADD NAME, EMAIL] **Institution(s):** [ADD AFFILIATIONS] ## OverviewThis dataset contains unified spectra tables for paprika samples acquired with Specim FX10 (VIS–NIR, 400–1000 nm) and FX17 (NIR–SWIR, 900–1700 nm). Values were harmonized from yearly result folders (`2023`, `2024`, `2025`) using the MATLAB script `unify_paprika_spectra.m` (see related code repository). ## Files- `FX10_PIMENTON_UNIFICADO.xlsx` — unified VIS–NIR spectra table.- `FX17_PIMENTON_UNIFICADO.xlsx` — unified NIR–SWIR spectra table.- `CHECKSUMS.sha256` — SHA-256 checksums for file integrity.- `CITATION.cff` — citation metadata (human/machine-readable).- `METADATA_zenodo_template.json` — template for Zenodo deposition fields. ## Table schemaEach Excel file includes:- `Año` (year, integer or string)- `Muestra` (sample id, numeric or string)- Spectral columns named as `x####_##` (e.g., `x720_00`), representing wavelength headers (nm). Values are doubles. > No averaging or statistics are computed here; this is a row-wise union of valid per-sample Excel files found under `2023/`, `2024/`, `2025/` at the time of unification. ## Provenance & processing- Source: per-sample spectra exported from hyperspectral imaging workflows (Specim FX10 / FX17). - Processing: headers normalized (`Año`⟶`Anio` internally; numeric wavelength headers ⟶ `x####_##`), vertical union by column name with missing spectral columns filled as `NaN` and missing meta as empty string.- Ordering: output sorted by `Año` and `Muestra` where possible.
