RNAseq analysis of GM-CSF and M-CSF polarized bone marrow derived macrophages cultured on TC or noTC dishes

Bone marrow cells were isolated, primed with M-CSF (M BMDM) or GM-CSF (GM BMDM) and cultured on tissue culture dishes (TC) or low adherent dishes (noTC) for 7 days. BMDMs were treated with LPS (100 ng/ml) for 3 hours. The difference between TC- and noTC-cultured BMDMs were analyzed to describe the phenotye and function of each population. Moreover, the influence of LPS treatment on GM-BMDMs and M-BMDMs were analyzed. Overall design: GM-TC, M-TC, GM-noTC and M-noTC BMDMs with or without LPS treatment for 3 h
