To study the adaptive mechanism of anammox bacteria to high concentration of nitrite, and to identify the key factors in the adaptive process; To explore the anti vulnerability conditions of anammox bacteria, establish a method to quickly enhance the anti vulnerability of anammox bacteria, improve the stability of anammox denitrification system, and promote the wide application of anammox in wastewater treatment.
