Code and data for Yang et al. manuscript

This dataset was generated as part of Yang et al. It includes raw data extracted from long-term forest biodiversity experiments, along with supporting metadata and analysis code. The repository contains the following files: README.txt: Provides an overview of the dataset, including file descriptions, variable definitions, and instructions for use.code.r: Contains the R code used for data processing, statistical analysis, and figure generation as reported in the main manuscript.data.xlsx: Contains the data for hypothesis 1.data2.xlsx: Contains the data for hypothesis 2&3.All variables are described in detail in the README file.
