资源简介:
Translated and untranslated CDS sequences in AliView display variation in codon 80 and codon 91, codons undergoing diversifying selection based on MEME analysis.Left figure is a translated CDS sequence of CD4 receptors in 9 primated species. Codon 80, left black box, shows alternate amino acids in P. Paniscus, P. troglodytes, and C. pygerythrus, than compared to the other primate species. The three different amino acids, alanine (A), valine (V), and isoleucine (I), are nonpolar. Codon 91, left black box, shows four different amino acids in the 9 species. Each amino acid at codon 91, asparagine (N), cysteine (C), histidine (H), have polar side chains. Right figure is a nucleotide sequence of CD4 receptor in 9 primate species. Left black black box displays show nucleotides 238-240, to represent codon 80. 6 primate species have the codon GCT at this site, 2 species have GTT, and 1 species has ATT. Right black box outlines nucleotides 271-273, to represent codon 91. 4 species have codon AAC, 4 species have codon TGC, and 1 species has codon CAC at this site. Manually inputed boxes to focus on the amino acids and nucleotides that correspond to codon 80 and codon 91.
