Single-Cell RNA Sequencing of Batch Chlamydomonas Cultures Reveals their Heterogeneity and Place Along the Diurnal Cycle

We did single cell RNA sequencing on cultured chlamydomonas cells. We used two strains, one with cell wall, one without cell wall.
