The profile is 16S rDNA v5-v7(515F-907R) sequence data from the pot experiment that study the spread of plasmid mediated ARGs into vegetable endophytic bacteria.Soil samples of several prieod during the 9 weeks incubation and endophytic bacteria of leaves and roots were all collected and sequenced. Sequences of 72 samples of soils，48 samples of endophytic bacteria and theculturable transconjugants ara submitted here.
