The aim of this study was to evaluate the Austrian enterprises strategies and preparations for the ageing employees. ->It is for instance evaluated how older employees are involved in the working-process, which strategies regional enterprises have and which measures they have taken or will take.The main target group of this study are the Austrian small- and medium-sized businesses which are especially effected by the demographic change and which are only partially able to handle this situation without support. Starting from an evaluation of the strategical measures taken, these measures are analysed and evaluated with regard to possible misguided developments. The information gained on the enterprises serves the development of appropriate strategies for handling these challenges.
本研究旨在评估奥地利企业针对员工老龄化的战略规划与应对筹备工作。具体而言,研究将评估老年员工在工作流程中的参与程度、区域企业所采用的战略,以及它们已采取或拟采取的相关举措。本研究的核心目标群体为奥地利中小型企业:这类企业受人口结构变迁影响尤为突出,且在无外部支持的情况下仅能有限应对该局面。基于对现有战略举措的评估,研究将对这些举措展开分析,并研判其是否存在偏差性发展倾向。本研究从企业获取的相关信息,将为制定适配上述挑战的应对战略提供支撑。
