RNA-seq mouse donor T-cells after day of BMT

RNAs isolated from mouse T cells were processed for sequencing. Naive T cells were wer isoalted from either from WT or Wapl deficiency T cells. The tranfered T cells (either WT or Wapl deficient) were isolated on day 7 after allogeinic or syngeneic BMT. The main purposes of these experiment are to seeking the impact of Wapl KO on gene expression in T cells either in naive status or after BMT. Overall design: Independent biologic triplicate naïve or donor T-cells (WT and Wapl KO) were harvested for RNA-seq from a pool of 2-4 mouse. Donor T cells were isolated from recipients 7 days after allogeneic or syngeneic HSCT and naive T cells were isolated from biologic triplicate healthy non-transplanted control animals.
