Gadus morhua (Atlantic cod) genome assembly, fGadMor1. fGadMor1

This project provides the genome assembly of Gadus morhua, common name Atlantic cod, based on a sample provided by the Jakobsen lab, University of Oslo, Norway. The assembly is provided by the Wellcome Sanger Institute and Cambridge University team (https://www.sanger.ac.uk/science/data/vertebrate-genomes-sequencing) of the Vertebrate Genomes Project (http://vertebrategenomesproject.org) in collaboration with the Jakobsen lab.
