Transcriptional profiling of Sox4cKO, Sox11cKO, or Sox4/11dcKO mouse keratinocytes as compared to their wild-type control keratinocytes, isolated from gender matched neonatal pairs. Goal was to identify the genes differentially expresssed in the conditional knockout keratinocytes vs the wild-type control. Overall design: Two-condition experiments to compare gene expression profile of Sox4cKO, Sox11cKO, or Sox4/11 dcKO keratinocytes vs wild-type control. Biological replicates: 2 replicates for each comparison with color-swapping
