巢湖蓝藻水华反演产品数据集（2019年）

本数据集基于MODIS卫星影像提取巢湖区域，然后进行去云、几何校正处理，利用本所研究成果（反演模型），提取巢湖的蓝藻水华分布。
数据集包含巢湖蓝藻水华反演产品图数据集（2019年）及巢湖蓝藻水华反演产品栅格数据集（2019年）2个文件夹，产品图数据文件夹为jpg图片数据，包含了114个图片文件，为巢湖蓝藻水华出图产品；栅格数据文件夹包含了114个hdr栅格数据，可查询湖内任意点的具体水华反演值信息。

This dataset extracts the region of Chaohu Lake from MODIS satellite imagery, followed by cloud removal and geometric correction. Leveraging the inversion model developed by our institute, it further extracts the distribution of cyanobacterial harmful algal blooms (cyano-HABs) in Chaohu Lake.

The dataset consists of two folders: the 2019 Chaohu Lake cyano-HABs inversion product image dataset and the 2019 Chaohu Lake cyano-HABs inversion product raster dataset. The product image folder stores JPG format image data, including 114 image files which are the visualized products of Chaohu Lake's cyanobacterial harmful algal blooms. The raster data folder contains 114 HDR raster files, which enable querying of the specific bloom inversion values at any point within the lake.
