资源简介:
Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) is a major global health concern, especially in people under 45, causing long-term motor and cognitive impairments with limited effective therapies. Peptide OM-LV20, from odorous frogs in Southwest China, shows neuroprotection in oxidative stress, spinal cord injury, and cerebral ischemia/reperfusion. This dataset uses RNA-seq to capture transcriptomic changes in TBI mice’s frontal cortex and hippocampus after OM-LV20 intervention. It supports studying OM-LV20’s neuroprotective mechanism via mitochondria-mediated neuronal apoptosis and serves as a reusable transcriptomic resource for TBI research and drug screening.
