Clinical and Dosimetric Dataset Supporting the Study on Post-Radiotherapy Hypothyroidism in UCNT Patients Treated with IMRT

This dataset includes anonymized data used for the retrospective study evaluating clinical and dosimetric predictors of primary hypothyroidism after intensity-modulated radiotherapy (IMRT) in patients with undifferentiated carcinoma of the nasopharynx (UCNT).<br>Data were collected from patient follow-up records and thyroid function tests performed during post-treatment surveillance. Epidemiological variables such as age and sex were also included, in fully anonymized form, to explore their association with thyroid toxicity.Verbal informed consent was obtained from all participants prior to inclusion in the study. Given the retrospective nature of the work and the external consultation follow-up, only anonymized clinical, epidemiological, and dosimetric data were included. The ethics committee of Salah Azaiez Institute approved the procedure for obtaining verbal consent.
