We compared scRNA expression analysis of 3 populations of regulatory CD4+ T cells induced in oral tolerance to factor VIII in a mouse model of hemophilia: FoxP3+LAP-, FoxP3+LAP+, FoxP3-LAP+ Hemophilia A mice were orally gavaged with transplastomic lettuce expressing recombinant factor VIII. Animals then received intravenous injections of factor VIII. We performed scRNA analysis of FoxP3-LAP+ and FoxP3+ cells from spleen. FoxP3+ cells were further separated into FoxP3+LAP-, and FoxP3+LAP+ populations
