Supplementary files for inclusion in a MSc thesis. Files contain an expanded decision tree (supp info 1) for assay validation in eDNA targeted detection, a spreadsheet of the published assays evaluated in the study (supp info 2) and their corresponding metadata, an alignment (supp info 3) of all available 597nt COX1 sequences of Canadian freshwater fish and their congeners, and a list of all know past and present Canadian freshwater fish species (supp info 4).
