PRT-GRSL derived dataset: MSG-SEVIRI FRP + ERA5 model-ready cube for Mediterranean wildfire FRP forecasting

Model-ready (derived) dataset accompanying the IEEE GRSL letter on sub-daily Fire Radiative Power (FRP) trajectory forecasting over Mediterranean wildfires. Contains the assembled input cube dataset_v3.h5 (34 events; 25 train / 5 validation / 4 held-out test; 48 h lookback, 12 h horizon), the event-to-split manifest, train-derived normalization statistics, and 121 per-event hourly tables. Derived from EUMETSAT LSA SAF FRP-PIXEL (MSG/SEVIRI, CC BY 4.0) and ERA5 (Copernicus C3S/ECMWF); both sources must be acknowledged.
