AP-1 inhibition on the treatment of down syndrome derived aminocytes(DSACs)

MX1 mediated AP-1 involved transcriptional regulation play an important role in the pathogenesis of DS through integration analysis of ATAC-seq and RNA-seq, therefore,AP-1 inhibition may be a potential therapeutic target for the treatment of DS-associated phenotye. Overall design: To explore the role of inhibiting AP-1 activity on DS, DSACs were treated with 40 µM T-5224 (M9373, Abmole, Houston, USA) for 48 hours, and dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) treated DSACs were used as NC group.
